It can be an intimidating place full of sweaty humans grunting and making pain faces. But something magical thing happens once you’re able to build confidence in the gym - it becomes one of your favorite places to be. And THAT is the key to a sustainable, joyful, fun-filled fitness habit 🎉 Because when we love going to the gym, staying consistent is easy 🫧🌈🛸
